Your key responsibilities
- Independently programming and setting up CNC milling machines
- Manufacturing high-precision milled parts using 3-axis and 5-axis machining, from individual components to small batches
- Independently processing production orders
- Monitoring machines and taking corrective action where necessary
- Inspecting manufactured parts and documenting results in the CAQ system
- Contributing to process improvements
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a toolmaker specialising in mould technology or as a cutting machine operator specialising in milling
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Confident use of CNC machine tools
- Strong CAM programming skills, preferably Siemens NX, and familiarity with common MS Office applications
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- A high degree of personal responsibility and quality awareness
- Commitment, reliability and teamwork
Process technician specialising in plastics (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities
- Independently setting up moulds on injection moulding machines
- Independently sampling new injection moulds
- Carrying out start-up and in-process inspections
- Maintaining and cleaning injection moulds and equipment
- Optimising processes in line with defined objectives
- Analysing and resolving defects in plastic components
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a plastics process technician or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Confident operation of Engel and Arburg injection moulding machines
- Very good knowledge of thermoplastics and their properties
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- A high degree of personal responsibility and quality awareness
- Commitment, reliability and teamwork
