Quality and the environment at KON-FORM Kunststofftechnik

We introduced a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 in 2001 and implemented an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 in 2005.

In many areas, our working methods follow the requirements of ISO/TS 16949.

Our environmental management commitment

As part of our company policy, we are committed to continuous improvement, the prevention of environmental pollution and compliance with the environmental legislation, regulations and requirements relevant to our business.

We also strive to meet our customers’ needs, respond quickly and effectively to problems, and continuously improve safety and good housekeeping.

Since 1998, we have used a heat pump to recover useful energy from the process heat generated by our machines. Since 2006, our photovoltaic system has generated an average of 68,000 kWh of electricity per year. An additional installation in 2011 increased the potential annual total to approximately 85,700 kWh.
