Our profile
From the idea to the finished assembly.
KON-FORM Kunststofftechnik GmbH combines tool development with the manufacture of technical plastic components. As a development partner, we support our customers from design for manufacture and toolmaking through to series production.
Our in-house engineering, mould making and measurement laboratory ensure efficient coordination. Tool management and component assembly complement our manufacturing capabilities, creating a continuous process with clearly coordinated interfaces.
Our location: Am Lehmberg 1 in Hatzfeld-Reddighausen. Here, we combine the experience we have built since 1987 with the capabilities of the SCHOCK GROUP.

Quality & Environment
Quality and environmental management are integral to our business processes.
More possibilities together.
Since 1 June 2021, KON-FORM has been part of the Schock Metall Group, a family-owned German group based in Urbach near Stuttgart.
The group’s expertise ranges from development and sales to roll forming, stamping, powder coating and component assembly. KON-FORM adds tool and fixture making as well as plastic injection moulding to this portfolio.
The manufacturing, assembly and logistics expertise of FTS Baltic in Latvia is also available for complete assemblies. This allows plastic and metal components to be combined into coordinated solutions within the group.
Our approach
Philosophy
We aim to contribute to our customers’ business success by offering high-quality, individual solutions on economically attractive terms, delivering real added value.
We contribute to our customers’ success by
- treating every customer requirement as an individual challenge that we actively address. We combine speed and flexibility in decision-making with the openness and integrity of an owner-managed company.
- using capable, efficient technologies that emerge from our experience, our employees’ expertise and close collaboration with our customers.
- exploring new approaches with curiosity and passion, and actively driving innovation. We question established practices and consistently develop what works, creatively but always with a clear goal and a practical approach.
Sustainable business practices combined with environmental and social responsibility are part of our identity as an owner-managed business in its second generation.
Quality
Quality is built into the process.
KON-FORM is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001. In many areas, our working practices meet the requirements of IATF 16949.
We apply the principles of Total Quality Management throughout the company. All processes are reliably controlled. Regular audits and preventive quality assurance measures provide the foundation for high-quality products. Our goal is always zero-defect production.
Environment
Responsibility at our site.
KON-FORM is certified to DIN EN ISO 14001. As part of our company policy, we are committed to continually improving all environmentally relevant processes, preventing pollution and complying with the environmental laws, regulations and requirements applicable to us.
We also strive to meet our customers’ needs, respond quickly to problems with practical solutions, and continuously improve safety and order.
Since 2006, our photovoltaic system has generated an average of 68,000 kWh of electricity per year. A further system was added in 2011, bringing total generation to approximately 85,700 kWh. In 2022, we fitted all available roof areas with additional photovoltaic systems to generate our own energy sustainably. This increased total electricity generation capacity to approximately 300 MWh per year, equivalent to a reduction of around 100 tonnes of CO2 per year.
